Hormonal issues for women can vary depending on your age and what is going on in your life.  It can cause huge issues for some women and that is why it is important to understand that there are changes you can make, including changes in body products, eliminating toxins such as perfumes and cleaning chemicals, to using essential oils and taking supplements that will benefit you over a period of time.


PMS can be managed with daily protocols through the use of supplements,m self care and essential oils.  doTERRA's Phytoestrogen supplements help manage hormonal imbalance.

You can also try and balance your body throughout the week by stopping high impact training but still move your body through yoga or walking, keep your toxins low, dry brush with essential oils like juniper berry, cypress or Slim & Sassy.  Take a detox bath once a week, try visiting a sauna or meditate, and try to eat more organic and swap wine and chocolate with healthy snacks
