Stress is a huge issue at the moment for many of us

We are busy juggling a home, kids, full time job and everything in between and it gets on top of us

It has brought on acute stress which causes high blood pressure, heart rate increase etc which, over a long term can lead to chronic stress disaster. Our mitochondria are unable to serve as our power houses that allow our bodies to function, affecting everything from cell metabolism, hormone production, immune system support, emotional response and more.
