Black Pepper Essential Oil

Black Pepper essential oil comes the fruit of an indian vine, a dark fruit of sorts that is the Oil of Unmasking or Authenticity. It is said to be used emotionally to help you rediscover who you are as your true authentic self.  It can also be used to help with overcoming addiction by supporting you to remove those external aspects that you use to hide your true self. Use with a carrier oil on the bottom of you feet (big toe) or add to toothpicks to suck on when you are craving cigarettes.

This oil can be very warming ,so definitely dilute when using it on your body; it can be especially effective due to this warmth in a massage.  It starts with a sharp peppery fragrance which then tapers off to a musky  more  floral smell, which is surprisingly quite enjoyable. The oil is also restorative for your body and not only helpful for digestion but also great massaged in to the chest to help ease troubles breathing.  Try adding to a blend when you are experiencing cold sensation in the body or experiencing circulation issues.  A few ways to use Black Pepper are:

As it is a CPTG brand that I use, this is a great addition to a marinade for meat -  It blends also beautifully with Lime.  Please make sure that the oils you use internally have this purity, otherwise just use aromatically

Use in roller ball blends or the diffuser with root, wood or resin oils to help ground you such as Patchouli or Vetiver

Apply to the bottoms of the feet with Cypress to help aid circulation and also a warming effect

Due to the warming nature, this oil can also help during times when your immune system may be low and can be taken internally or applied to the soles of your feet

Great in the diffuser for protection and to cleanse the air

Add to a massage blend to help ease tired and aching muscles
